Returns Policy

We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the price paid for the item. Before returning any item, please contact Design-Link using the website or email for a returns tracking number.

Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 days of delivery and return the goods within 14 days of delivery. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that we send out an item that is faulty, we will replace it or give you a refund, whichever is preferred. We will also reimburse the cost of the return postage.

Under our 14 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will give a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by Royal Mail Recorded delivery, within 14 days of you having received them. Please be advised that we cannot refund or exchange items that have been personalised or customised unless the item is faulty.
